Customer Support/Operations

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated person who has experience in transportation and customer service.

The Customer Support/Operations role will consist of many responsibilities including scheduling and tracking and tracing of shipments, customer support and other individual tasks.

Key Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling of freight shipments
  • Tracking and Tracing of freight shipments
  • Data Entry
  • Problem Solving
  • Customer relations

Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Some previous knowledge of the transportation industry
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively
  • Problem solving skills
  • Computer skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer Service skills
